16 roma tomatoes, diced (seeds and all)
½ red onion, diced
½ green pepper, diced (seeds removed)
½ jalapeno pepper, diced (seeds removed)
1 cup cilantro, chopped
juice of one lime
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
